Our Philosophy

We view therapy as a sacred space where people can come as they are and truly be themselves. We believe in welcoming those we work with compassionately, with affirmation, no judgement, and no criticism. It is our job to get to know you, and your story, and work alongside you with your best interests in mind. We approach therapy with hope and joy. We love cultivating genuine relationships with our clients where they feel as though they can be their most authentic selves, and work to create an environment where we can laugh, cry, grieve, and explore together.

We are imperfect. I experience challenges too. Together we come into the space where laughter, tears, and everything in between are welcome, and an invitation to be real is extended and encouraged.

Non-Judgement

Being able to be your authentic self in the ways that feel safe and comfortable. We approach our clients and their lives with curiosity, and want to reflect with them. Our sessions belong to you and the time will be yours.
